The HEM Student Association consists of two sections: ADEHEM in Geneva and ADEHEMNE in Neuchâtel. It brings together students on a voluntary basis, with an annual membership fee of 15 CHF. Its committee is elected during an annual general meeting, along with its executive board, which consists of a president, a secretary, a treasurer, and a deputy. During its meetings, the committee welcomes members who wish to present their ideas, projects, or challenges they have encountered, with the aim of strengthening connections and improving student life within the community.
Its objectives:
- To create a link between students and the management, acting as a spokesperson;
- To raise certain issues (rooms, equipment problems, etc.);
- To organize internal and external events at HEM (concerts, parties, sports activities).
The Association participates in the Advisory Committee, which brings together representatives from the management, faculty, intermediate staff, as well as administrative and technical staff. Its consultative role extends to all subjects submitted by any of the parties involved.
Through its forum, the Association connects people looking for musicians for various performances.
