Call for Artistic Residency
3D Sound Creation and Interactive Media

In Collaboration with CIMME – Interdisciplinary Centre for Music and Experimental Media, HEM Announces an Artistic Residency call from the 13th of December to the 23rd 2025
The residency is open to musicians and sound artists interested in exploring 3D immersive sound and interactive media, with an emphasis on artistic interdisciplinarity.
It will take place in HEM’s Black Box, equipped with a 26-speaker dome and 3 video projectors, providing an exceptional technical infrastructure for innovative artistic projects.
Residency Details:

Duration: 11 days

Location: 2 rue Dufour, Black Box, Room 40, featuring a 26-speaker dome and 3 video projectors

Technical Support: Minimal; includes one day of setup and orientation with the technical team. Artists are expected to work autonomously with their creative tools.

Access: The Black Box and its equipment will be available throughout the residency, following prior coordination with the technical team.

Presentation: Artists in residence will present their work as part of a seminar for HEM students.

Additional Information: The residency prioritizes local artists and does not provide accommodation or per diem.
