In light of the G7 summit taking place in Évian-les-Bains from 15 to 17 June, all HEM public recitals scheduled for this period will go ahead as planned and remain open to the public.
Preventive security measures will be put in place at our various venues. These are designed to ensure the smooth running of the exams and to welcome the public in the best possible conditions.
Anyone wishing to attend a public exam is therefore welcome. On arrival at the HEM, they will simply be asked to state which event they wish to attend in order to facilitate their access to the buildings.
We invite the public to visit our website before their visit to access up-to-date information regarding the timetables for the various recitals, and any last-minute changes: https://www.hesge.ch/hem/evenements/recitals-publics-2
Furthermore, due to the expected heavy traffic during this period, we recommend using public transport and allowing plenty of time for your journey to the HEM.
