Alexia Mathieu is a UX researcher and design strategist. Her work focuses on user research for interactive products and services, merging human-behaviour, cultural and business insights to prototype alternative futures. For the past 7 years, Alexia has led design strategies for several interactive products at New Deal Design in San Francisco, working closely with start-ups, engineers and designers. She also worked at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, Colorado and London where she created digital storytelling platforms for brands. Since September 2017, Alexia has been the Head MA Media Design program at HEAD – Genève. With a BA in textile design from La Cambre and an MA in Material Futures from Central Saint Martins UAL London, Alexia has built a multi-disciplinary background from interaction design, textile design to advertising. She is currently leading a research project on the narrative potential of digital fashion at HEAD – Genève.

Alexia Mathieu est designer strategist et UX designer. Au cours des 7 dernières années, Alexia a participé à l’élaboration de plusieurs produits interactifs dans des agences de design telles que New Deal Design à San Francisco. Elle a également travaillé chez Crispin Porter + Bogusky à Boulder, Colorado et Londres où elle a créé des plateformes de narration numérique pour des marques grand-public. Depuis septembre 2017, Alexia est la responsable du Master Media Design à la HEAD - Genève. Titulaire d'un Bachelor en design textile de La Cambre et d'un Master en Material Futures de la Central Saint Martins UAL London, Alexia a construit une expérience multidisciplinaire allant du design d'interaction, du design textile à la publicité. Elle dirige actuellement un projet de recherche sur le potentiel narratif de la mode numérique à la HEAD - Genève.
