The DEFILE HEAD 2018 that took place on November 9 attracted a large audience of 2'000 people, among them many professionals and journalists from Switzerland and beyond. 20 Bachelor and Master degree collections were presented In The Cube, the spectacular space located in the heart of HEAD’s new campus. During this exceptional show, two young graduates stood out: Josiane Martinho won the Bachelor’s Bongénie Prize and Quynh Bui earned the Prix La Redoute x HEAD and the Master’s Mercedes-Benz Prize!

"20 Bachelor and Master graduates, 59 students involved, 240 silhouettes, 67 models, 110 dressers, hairdressers, make-up artists, 2027 people in the audience, here are the magic numbers of this fashion show which constitutes the culmination of the fashion design curriculum of our graduates!”said Jean-Pierre Greff, Director of HEAD, Haute école d’art et de design, at the end of an intense show.

Swiss and international fashion industry people and journalists on the lookout for new talents, fashionistas, specialized bloggers, parents and friends were able to discover the collections of students from HEAD’s fashion design department under the responsibility of designer Léa Peckre. The scenography, which also unveiled an exhibition of the Bachelor and Master graduates in Product Design / Jewelery, watch and accessories, was entrusted to Aurélie Monet Kasisi and Juliette Roduit, Interior Design graduate.
