HEAD students have access to the University of Geneva's Financial Aid Service (monthly grants, emergency assistance) and to the Social Service (social/debt counselling).
The new Espace Santé HES-SO Genève is a place dedicated to the physical and mental health of students: free and confidential primary consultations, psychological assessments, referrals to specialised therapists, prevention and advice.

A Nutrition Counsel is open for all students at Haute école de santé. The cost of a consultation is CHF 10.-. Appointments by email or by phone +41 (0) 22 388 34 47.

HEAD is required to actively promote a work climate of respect and tolerance. In the event of discrimination (of all kinds) or harassment (psychological, sexual, digital...), it is important to break the silence and obtain advice and support in resolving the problem. The HES-SO Geneva provides a free and confidential listening and support service. No information is communicated to a third party, whoever it is, without any explicit consent being given.
