Ana Luisa Soares est une architecte portugaise, fondatrice et partenaire de l'atelier fala à

Porto. Elle est diplômée de la FAUP en 2014 (Faculdade de Arquitectura da

Universidade do Porto) et a fait un programme d'échange à l'université de Tokyo à

2013. Avant d'établir sa pratique, Ana Luisa a collaboré avec des bureaux tels que le studio Harry Gugger à Bâle et Toyo Ito & Associates à Tokyo. En 2015-16, elle a été professeure invitée à la faculté de Bratislava Architecture et en 2018 professeure invité à la TU Munich et Munster FA. Depuis 2014, avec FALA Atelier, elle donne des conférences et des cours dans des lieux aussi divers que Londres, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Venise, New York, Chicago et Sidney…

Le travail de FALA a également été exposé dans plusieurs lieux et institutions, comme le Pavillon portugais de la Biennale de Venise, la Biennale de Chicago Architecture et dans une exposition individuelle à la Casa da Cerca à Lisbonne. Leur travail a fait l'objet de nombreuses publications, notamment le numéro 80 de 2G international; magazine d'architecture.

Ana Luisa Soares is a Portuguese architect, founding partner of fala atelier in
Oporto. She graduated from FAUP in 2014 (Faculdade de Arquitectura da
Universidade do Porto) and did an exchange program at Tokyo University in
2013.
Prior to establishing her practice, Ana Luisa collaborated with international
offices, such as Harry Gugger Studio in Basel and Toyo Ito & Associates in
Tokyo. In 2015/2016 she was a guest professor at Bratislava’s Faculty of
Architecture, and in 2018 she was a visiting professor at TU Munich and
Munster FA.
Since 2014, as part of FALA, she has been lecturing and teaching all around
the world, in diverse geographies such as London, Paris, Berlin, Milan,
Venice, New York, Chicago and Sidney, among many others.
FALA’s work has also been exhibited several venues and institutions, like in
the Portuguese Pavilion of the Venice Biennale, the Chicago Biennale of
Architecture and in a solo exhibition at Casa da Cerca in Lisbon. It has been
published extensively, and is the subject of the #80 issue of 2G international
architecture magazine.
