This research aims to better understand and outline the challenges of the fast-changing trend of “post-digital graphic design”, a term that designates a widespread community of graphic designers who create their own programming tools. The potentially generative mapping that is developed based on this investigation will help identify the most innovative “augmented” design practices. This research is based on a series of interviews of various players in the field of graphic design.
