Over six weeks, bachelor’s students in Product Design, Jewellery and Accessories at HEAD – Genève and Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins worked together online, guided by internationally renowned instructors, to create a series of unique pieces. These works were showcased in a joint exhibition in London on February 14 and 15, 2025, offering a true cultural and temporal journey, bridging tradition and innovation.
The project was structured around two creative axes: Here and There, which explores traditional ornamentation, cultural identity, and belonging, and Past and Future, which examines the fusion of traditional craftsmanship with contemporary digital tools such as artificial intelligence, computer-aided design (CAD), and 3D printing. This initiative fosters a dynamic educational exchange between Geneva and London, featuring collaborative workshops, shared courses, and intercultural dialogues.
The project culminated in an exhibition at Galleria Objects, a landmark venue in London’s contemporary jewellery scene.
