In the footsteps of the New York artist Donald Judd, pioneer of Minimal Art who settled in Marfa in the 1970s and stayed until his death in 1994, Fieldwork Marfa had made full use of these wild land, where Minimalism and political challenges of borders shape the identity of an atypical landscape. The book gathers all the projects that took place in Marfa and narrates the story of these stimulating moements of collective creativity.
