Federal Councillor Alain Berset brought as an official gift from Switzerland to this meeting a cup made by Dorothy Loustalot of CERCCO - Experimental and realization in contemporary ceramics of HEAD (University of Art and Design in Geneva) . Made specifically for this occasion, it was presented as part of an exhibition related to the encounter with the other cups made by member countries of ASEM.

The Swiss landscape varies between lakes, mountains, hills and plains. Architectures, communication channels as well as men have to deal with these different environments. Cup "Switzerland" evokes the duality between nature and the built. Symbol of Helvetian Alps, the Matterhorn is the support of a cup. The transparent glass is blown directly onto the mountain to marry perfectly. Then sanded, it turns into mist that descends from the heights. The round saucer topographic then offers panoramic 360 ° view on the mountain landscape in miniature
