L'Offre, 2014 movie Diploma, 14 ', develops the story of the commitment of an agent in the Swiss intelligence agencies for monitoring Islamist websites. With great finesse to the direction of the actors and a strong formal rigor, the director sets up his story at the heart of an ethical, family and politics debate.
Synopsis:
Looking for a job that matches their qualifications, Sami, young Swiss-Algerian looks at the Confederation Intelligence Service. The proposed job would consist of a internet monitoring Islamist websites but the hiring process is long and Sami begins asking question on the implications to such work. Faced with the announcement of the talks, the family members react very differently. Torn between his professional ambitions, ethics and loyalty to his family, Sami will have to make a choice.
