The HEAD - Geneva's option information / fiction has been invited by Andrea Domesle, curator and founder of the festival Videocity an unprecedented collaboration. Videocity is a video art journey through the Basel city center with its 3rd edition of the works of the collection Günther Ketterer-Ertle from Berne and artists like Christian Jankowski, Ursula Palla, Yves Netzhammer.
The student (s) of the option Information / fiction were inspired by the coffee unternehmen mitte's varied spaces - a former bank - to perform five new videos that will be shown on site. They propose, each in its way, an offset from a given reality: a transformation to a space of desire, improbable exchanges, memories of the place like a drama movie of the 50s ...
HEAD - Geneva is also present on the digital panel of the Congress Center, in front of the fair in Basel.
Yann Chateigné, responsible for the visual arts sector, selected graduates videos of HEAD - Geneva. His choice involves urban life in the tension between city and individuality.
