Organized by the Visual Communication Department at HEAD – Genève, the P.A.G.E.S. fair will take place this spring, from May 8 to 10, 2026.

For three days, the Cube’s 1,200 square meters will once again be dedicated to bringing together professionals from the field, welcoming artists, designers, and publishing houses.

This sixth edition  edition of P.A.G.E.S. brings together different local and international publishing scenes around contemporary print, graphic design and the book as object. Bridging established practices and emerging approaches, the fair opens today with a vibrant programme of exhibitions, launches and encounters.

Programme:
Friday 8 May, 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
6:00 pm: presentation of Une clé qui n'ouvre rien by Agathe de Limoges, winner of the Prix Laurence Boissier 2025.
7:00 pm: launch of the second issue of IRL, the journal of the Visual Communication department, on collective work in design.
9:00 pm: party at bar-restaurant Les Savoises, organised by student collective Overshoot.

Saturday 9 May, 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
2:00–3:00 pm and 4:00–5:00 pm: Publishing Speed-Dating, a format designed to foster exchanges between publishing professionals and students, artists, graphic designers and image-makers, offering critical feedback on projects with publishing potential.
5:30 pm: launch of Couriller Gribourir by Stanyslas Leray (published by Quintal), a book of landscapes painted from memory after running sessions between Geneva and Strasbourg.
The Saturday edition of Le Temps will be entirely illustrated by HEAD Bachelor Illustration students and distributed for free at the fair.

Exhibitions:

Bänziger-Hug-Kasper-Florio
A retrospective of the St. Gallen-based graphic design studio, known for the Most Beautiful Swiss Books catalogues and magazines such as Greatest and Kaleidoscope. They present editions produced through their editorial practice, and also sign the visual identity of P.A.G.E.S. 2026.

Spinorama
An exhibition entirely dedicated to book spines, conceived by Aslak Gurholt and Fraser Muggeridge. Over 100 spines brought together to celebrate this often-overlooked design element, the one we see every day on a shelf.

Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication
Three projects on show: reinterpretations of book covers, a collaborative exchange with Prague's design academy (UMPRUM), and explorations of generative design where a formal rule transforms the reading of a text.

Bachelor in Illustration
Two parts: the special 9 May edition of Le Temps illustrated by students (distributed for free), and screen-printed editions created during a workshop with illustrator Harmen Liemburg.

Master Media Design
Three interactive projects: Magic House, which turns drawings into a real-time film; Meta Stories, a reflection on privacy and algorithms; and Typo Hunt, a mobile app turning city walks into typographic treasure hunts.

Master Visual Knowledge
A selection of first-year works from this brand-new master's programme, focused on designing clear and innovative visual systems.
