From December 11 to 17, 2025, Caran d'Ache will be exhibiting the work of Finn Massie, Olivier Conrad, and Candice Guisset, finalists for the Caran d'Ache + HEAD Prize, at its Creative Space at Plateforme 10. This exhibition is part of the artist residency offered to the distinguished artists and highlights three unique approaches at the crossroads between illustration and the visual arts.
The works of the three artists intertwine and respond to each other, offering a fluid and immersive reading, like a composition with multiple voices. Throughout the process, their proposals were adjusted to echo and coincide with each other, creating bridges of shapes, colors, and atmospheres. Created using Neocolor™, paint, and Luminance 6901™ colored pencils, these works demonstrate the diversity of approaches and visual languages, while engaging in a dialogue around a shared imagination.

Title: blau grau [lau sanne]
Between the two, on the paths, everything is blue and gray.
blau–grau is an exploration of the comings and goings of weekdays.
A search for moments that can transform everyday non-places into dreams and nightmares.
- Candice Guisset
Title: Waiting Room
The work captures that suspended moment when we feel like we are waiting for our own lives, a frozen instant, caught between what we hope for and what we fear.
The space has no walls or ceiling: it is a mental terrain, unstable, floating.
In the background, the flowers, like night lights, watch without judging. Their colors contrast with the black silhouettes, as if the future were the only place where light still exists. They embody a discreet hope, a presence that remains there, even when we think we are completely alone.

Title: Untitled
Working on multiple layers of highly diluted gouache, forming patterns that echo the arches of the arcades. Another level of depth is added through the use of Neocolor, which is modified by the materiality and texture of the wall. All this to create a coherent wall painting
