HEAD is delighted to partner with the Istituto Svizzero for a series of conferences dedicated to artificial intelligence and the evolution of artistic creation.

Join artists, designers, historians and educators in Rome on 27 November, or online, for a day of reflections and the presentation of two research projects conducted at HEAD by our colleagues Vytas Jankauskas, Alexia Mathieu, Faust Perillaud and Douglas Stanley.

As AI becomes integrated into artistic practices, it challenges established notions of creativity, originality and authorship. From Mimesis to Machine explores how artificial intelligence is reconfiguring our relationship with images, tradition and knowledge, and questions how art education can respond in a critical and creative manner.
