Ariana Waiata Sheehan is owner and manager at Aro Archive. She spearheaded the expansion of the business founded by her parents, from a local store to a forward-thinking hybrid business. Aro Archive now comprises a retail output with international reach and a private archive offering research to the world's biggest luxury fashion brands. Being the hands sourcing and selling each piece, Ariana has ensured the business' unique independent status.

Joseph O’Brien is Aro Archive’s Archive manager. He studied Embrodiery BA Honours at Manchester Metropolitan University before moving to London (with no plan). Over the past twenty years, he has found himself in many vintage clothing shops, a mixture of ateliers and eventually consulting and managing various fashion archives. As archive Manager, he holds appointments with and researches for design teams of the world's leading luxury brands.
