Conference by Marco Borraccino, designer, Italy
A meeting proposed by the Chair in Watch Design

A childhood spent in Milan instilled Marco Borraccino with a lifelong passion for cars and design, leading him to further study in the fields of Art and Industrial Design.  During his corporate career, Marco served as the Head of Design for Officine Panerai in Milan as well as Global Design Manager for P&G in Geneva. As a Designer and Creative Director,
he has run his own design consultancy office in Geneva since 2009, energizing the collections of several luxury watch and accessories brands with his creativity, attention to detail and easy-going personality.

His passion for design and creativity pushed Marco to explore as well the educational field, collaborating since 2009 with Geneva University of Art and Design (HEAD) where in 2014 he founded and managed the Chair in Watch Design. The very first university teaching in the field of watch design in Switzerland. In love with cars, and Porsches in particular, the connection with Singer Vehicle Design was a major event in Marco’s life and career. He is today the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Singer Reimagined watch brand. An important progression, enabling him to freely express his creative ideals and passion for uncompromising design and 360 degrees design thinking.
