As from September 2016, the exhibition space LiveInYourHead is leaving its premises at Beulet Street to join those of the school itself, in one of it's buildings at General-Dufour Street. For it's last exhibition, LiveInYourHead invites Fabrice Gygi to achieve a specifically piece of work thought out for this old factory that hosted before the arrival of the school, the art center Attitudes. In 2001, the artist had achieved in this context, a lasting work on the outside of the building. This grid space, with an indefinite function , threatening, reveals while renewing, the original industrial function of this space of art.

Quelques nouvelles takes this work as its starting point. This presence, strong and discreet at the same time accompanied the fifty projects that have succeeded in LiveInYourHead since its creation in 2009. Fabrice Gygi's proposal is a radical gesture conceived as a response to the fact of having entrusted him the entire space in the moment of his move. The artist therefore decided to make a unique work designed to the scale of the architecture, while radically changing it.

Fabrice Gygi, born in 1965. Lives and works in Geneva. After his studies at the Centre Genevois de Gravure Conteporaine, he starts the Ecole des Arts Décoratifs followed by the Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Genève, which he ends in 1990.
