A native of Savoy, Laurence Janin-Schlemmer holds a Master in International Law and a Master in German and Russian. She began her career in Germany and then worked for ten years in the United States, Dallas and New York, as a journalist and correspondent for several French media including Le Figaro.

After passing through the Richemont Group where she discovers the challenges of watchmaking, she started in 2008 her consulting business and independent copywriter for luxury homes, whether Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, Chanel, Boucheron, Parmigiani Fleurier, Chopard or Audemars Piguet. She is also an expert-worker at the HEG with the module "Words for brands," and columnist for the business watchmaker newspaper Europa Star Première.

Launched in December 2015, his horlo-female blog Laur'loge has been distinguished by L'Express Styles. It invites women to discover a world that goes far beyond watches and claims a journalistic approach with subjects (im) pertinent always renewed.
