La dalle is a collective founded by Julie Chavaz and Angélique Kuenzle. Together, they explore territories in transition by using culinary practice as a tool for reading the landscape. Their performances take place in evolving sites, construction zones, wastelands, vacant buildings, and offer collective experiences that reinterpret the codes of construction. At the intersection of architecture, craftsmanship, and cooking, La dalle questions established norms and invites new ways of inhabiting space. Taste becomes an artistic and social medium, revealing and reinventing the narratives of a territory.
