As part of the LUNDIS - LIVRES program, we are pleased to invite you to meet Clovis Maillet, who will present her book Ecotransféminismes.

In a context where capitalism and large corporations are destroying the planet with increasing impunity, and where neocolonial wars threaten the lives of all living beings, many societies are facing a surge in new far-right movements. Within these neofascisms, a dangerous mix of climate, migration and anti-trans panics is being mobilised to advance reactionary agendas. In the face of ecological and social urgency, Emma Bigé and Clovis Maillet investigate an emerging family of ideas and struggles: ecotransfeminisms. Ecologies that think with and for non-normative lives, calling for the forging of new alliances, for action against plastic pollution as well as attacks on transparentalities, and for a struggle in defence of the diversity of species, sexualities and genders. A thoughtful and political essay for thinking together about the power of trans lives and the richness of the worlds they open up.

LUNDIS - LIVRES
What are books for? What role should books play in art and design studies? How does fiction feed into critical essay, or vice versa? And how does the form of the book add to the meaning of the subject?
The LUNDIS-LIVRES programme offers privileged opportunities for discussion with leading figures from the fields of art and design, whose works inform and advance our practice. These meetings, lectures and workshops are open to the public and open to the entire HEAD community.
