Innovation and technology watch

The MIP qualification group is developing innovative technological solutions in the field of 3D modelling, the representation of territory and projects, virtual immersive tools in real-time, video-mapping on mock-ups and in the field of geographical information systems (GIS) and data acquisition. The MIP qualification group is a leader in these fields and our partners, such as the State of Geneva, the Urban Planning Office, the City of Geneva, the Canton of Vaud and the TPG place their trust in us.

A framework contract has also been signed between HEPIA and the State of Geneva.

Consultation

3D representations have become an important auxiliary for the public authorities in understanding, having others understand and taking decisions in matters of routine territorial management, particularly for development projects for which consultation between communities, elected representatives and the population is necessary. This can help to develop the uses and services that the state offers to individuals and professionals. 3D tools are extensively used to make this link, notably through virtual tools, tablet and smartphone applications.
