Urban and Territorial Hydraulics group

The Urban and Territorial Hydraulics group is affiliated to HEPIA's Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering curricula.

It performs its activities in the following domains:

  • Applied research through study projects such as research mandates, as well as work for the HES bachelor's and master's degree courses.
  • Mandates for services to third parties.
  • Teaching through courses given to the Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture curricula.

The group is equipped to provide solutions for all activities in matters of water supply, experimental channels and measurement instruments.

It is thus able to offer services on behalf of consultancy firms, companies or public administrations, such as study projects on physical models and by digital simulation in hydrology, urban hydraulics, river hydraulics and lake hydrodynamics.
