Some electrical disturbance phenomena can cause LED bulbs to flicker or flash. These phenomena are noticed in some cases with the replacement of traditional bulbs under the Eco-21 programme. The Buildings and Energy group works with SIG and the light bulb supplier to identify the causes of electrical disturbances and to propose solutions to avoid flashing bulbs.
