The Public-Law Real Estate Foundations (FIDP), which own a large real estate portfolio in the canton of Geneva, wish to promote the reuse of construction materials as part of their renovation and construction projects.
To this end, the secretariat responsible for the foundations’ operational tasks (SFIDP) has commissioned HEPIA to establish a framework for implementing the reuse of materials on the construction sites under its responsibility.
The tasks entrusted to the research team include a preliminary analysis of the Foundations’ real estate portfolio, the typological classification of the buildings, the identification of sources of reusable materials, and the drafting of a reuse guidelines and tender documents intended for the SFIDP’s operational teams.
