Pathogens and plants laboratory

Pathogens and plants laboratory

The pathogens and plants laboratory uses its know-how in:

  • culture of bacteria and fungi
  • genetic characterisation of bacteria and fungi
  • phenotypic characterisation of bacteria and fungi through biochemical tests
  • conventional and molecular diagnostic of plant pathogens
  • genetic profiling of plants or microbes
  • molecular sexing of plants
  • genomics of bacteria and fungi
  • metagenomics and metatranscriptomics of miscellaneous microbiota
  • special cultures of horticultural species
  • in vitro plant culture
Équipement(s):

The laboratory is composed of 3 laboratories of security level 2 equipped for microbiology, bacteriology, molecular biology and in vitro plant culture.
