The territory of greater Geneva is experiencing one of the highest rates of urban growth in Europe. Its natural and cultural heritage and quality of life are being stressed, particularly at the level of urban outskirts, which represent interfaces between different natural (forest-agricultural-aquatic) and urban environments, whether built or not, with more or less waterproofed soils. The research aims to develop a method and plans for strategic and operational participatory interventions on the outskirts and their urban environment at the local level, in the Arve-Lac residential basin and the greater Geneva metropolis.
