  • Impact des changements globaux et notamment du réchauffement climatiques sur les écosystèmes et les espèces
  • Biologie, écologie et conservation d'espèces menacées (macroinvertébrés aquatiques),
  • Développement de nouvelles méthodes et de nouveaux outils pour le diagnostic, la mesure du bon état écologique, et le monitoring des écosystèmes aquatiques.
