The focus of ALL4CHANGE is to explore and demonstrate diffusion of systemic innovations with maximum sectoral influence. The sector wide implications are to be reached via large scale systemic innovation and its deployment. From the successful wide range systemic innovations, we have learned that those need to be continuous and connected. This can be explained using metaphor Vortex-of-change where different actors and factors are causing accelerating velocity and magnitude of desirable change towards Sustainable Green Buildings and Neighbourhoods (SGBN). For this purpose the ALL4CHANGE project is moving forward with THIRTEEN Innovation Elements that 1) represent integrative targets for different work packages, and 2) provide technical, process and social solutions for demonstrational constructions. The ALL4CHANGE project includes five demonstrational district construction manoeuvers in different European regions representing also different climate zones (Finland, Hungary, Italy, Norway and Switzerland). These include deep renovations, new building construction, building upgrades and neighborhood developments for demonstrating the capabilities of technologies with improved readiness levels achieved as results. Moreover, social and process innovations are to be demonstrated for having different stakeholders engaged not only for the co-creation of constructions but also for post occupation stage with maintenance and use. Each demonstration has also neighbourhood dimension expanding the views over single building to cover local activities, traffic, services and collaboration between occupants.
