Faye Corthésy

Faye Corthésy is a film programmer, editor, and teacher. She studied film history and aesthetics at the University of Lausanne, where she also taught for several years, and at the Freie Universität Berlin. She has published research articles in exhibition catalogues, books, and journals, and was a visiting scholar at New York University (NYU) from 2016 to 2018. At HEAD – Geneva (HES-SO), she works in the Bureau des publications and is the managing editor of the journal ISSUE. After undertaking several mediation and programming projects for institutions and art spaces, she joined the collective that is running the cinema Le Cinématographe in Lausanne since 2024, where she is programmer and head of mediation.
