To publish a text

• Texts are to be sent as .doc file, not pdf.
• Texts’ length should be somewhere between 3,000 and 30,000 characters long.
• The author should submit a text ready to be published, free of misprints or spelling mistakes.
• The text should be submitted without page layout nor formatting option, in only one font (e.g. Arial 10) and without tabulation.
• Content is published in its original language (English or French).
• Gender-inclusive language is required.
• Subtitles and subheadings should not be over 120-characters long and should enlighten about the content (they should be specific and non-generic).

• The author should be respectful of the required writing codes as featured on the website.
• The author provides a maximum of five tags from the list sent.
• The author must provide at least one JPG or PNG royalty-free picture with caption and copyright as illustration for their topic.
• The author provides a 800-to-1000-character summary of their contribution, presenting the subject and content of the project.
• The author provides a brief biography.
   

To publish a video

• Videos are hosted on the HEAD’s Vimeo account.
• The author provides a file in mp4 format.
• The author provides a chaptering of the video with timecodes.
• The author provides a maximum of five tags from the list sent.
• The author must provide at least one JPG or PNG royalty-free picture with caption and copyright as illustration for their topic.
   

• The author provides a 800-to-1000-character summary of their contribution, presenting the subject and content of the project.
• The author provides a brief biography.

To publish a podcast

• Sound files are hosted on the HEAD’s Soundcloud account.
• The author provides a file in mp3 format.
• The author provides a maximum of five tags from the list sent.
• The author must provide at least one JPG or PNG royalty-free picture with caption and copyright as illustration for their topic.

• The author provides a 800-to-1000-character summary of their contribution, presenting the subject and content of the project.
• The author provides a brief biography.

To publish an interactive module

• The author provides a URL for embed IFrame.
• The author provides a maximum of five tags from the list sent.
• The author must provide at least one JPG or PNG royalty-free picture with caption and copyright as illustration for their topic.

• The author provides a 800-to-1000-character summary of their contribution, presenting the subject and content of the project.
• The author provides a brief biography.
