New student housing in the La Concorde district!

Starting in the 2026 academic year, new student accommodations will be available! Beginning in mid‑August/early September, La Concorde will offer new housing units within a building complex that will also include a performance hall for theatre, dance, and concerts, a restaurant, a library, and a hotel. Located in Vernier, this space has been designed with student life in mind and will bring together a wide range of cultural activities.

Applications for these student accommodations are now open! Application files must be sent to etudiants@concorde.ch.

Accomodation with a host home and flatsharing

Intergenerational, friendly accommodation: If you appreciate exchanges between generations, the "1h par m² - Un étudiant sous mon toit" program is an ideal formula: a room in exchange for a few hours of helping the host in everyday life. 
 
Free or low rent accommodation is also sometimes offered in exchange for daily services provided to the host for a fixed period: Ensemble avec toit
