Microsillons

microsillons was created in Geneva in 2005 to develop collaborative artistic projects involved in social and civic considerations, with Marianne Guarino-Huet and Olivier Desvoignes relying on strategies from critical and feminist educational methods. The microsillons collective has collaborated with numerous cultural institutions, including Garage (Moscow), le 116 – Centre d’art contemporain (Montreuil), VANSA (Johannesburg), the WYSPA Institute (Gdansk), the Centre d’art contemporain du Parc St-Léger and the Centre d’art contemporain Genève, where it was in charge of mediation projects between 2008 and 2010. Since 2015, microsillons has been responsible for the TRANS– Socially Committed Artistic Practices Masters at HEAD–Genève (HES-SO). For ISSUE, microsillons edited focus #20 Ecopegadogies.
