Maëlys Tirehote-Corbin

Maëlys Tirehote-Corbin is a doctoral student in sociology at the University of Lausanne. After focusing on gender norms in specialized comics training programs, she is now researching the careers of comic book authors, with particular attention to the resources they draw upon in order to practice this profession.
She is a member of Les Bréchoises, a working group dedicated to the creation and promotion of a female heritage in comics.
