Line Marquis

Line Marquis is an artist and social worker. After studying social work, she earned her bachelor's degree at HEAD – Geneva. In her Lausanne studio, she dedicates herself to drawing, printmaking, and painting. She balances her artistic work, motherhood, and social work. This subtle dynamic gives rise to her questions and nourishes her artistic practice. She exhibits in various galleries and institutions in French-speaking Switzerland. Her paintings and prints are held in numerous public and private collections. In 2020, she received the Lélo Fiaux Foundation Prize for her body of work.
