Kleio Obergfell

Kleio Obergfell uses photography to explore the role of the medium as a revealer of an imaginary world and an ideology. Her work is rooted in a primarily sociological or anthropological approach. She is interested in the history of technology and its impact on the collective unconscious. For her photographs, she also creates sculptures or reproductions of objects, combining her skills as a metalworker and jeweler. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from HEAD – Geneva (HES-SO).
