Alice Bouleau
Alice Bouleau joined Sterling International in 2018, where she has since been focusing on the recruitment of Design, Image and Merchandising Talents. She was promoted to Principal & Head of the Creative Pole in January 2021, managing all of the firm’s creative recruitments globally, and became Partner as of January 2024. Prior to joining Sterling, Alice worked for Proenza Schouler in New York and Paris, first in the Design team then in a Europe-based Consultant role. Some of her earlier jobs included working at Mo&Co, at Stiletto Magazine and That Magazine. She holds an MBA after which she obtained a BA in Fashion Design.
