The international workshop « Gesture, Capture and Notation » brings together academics, composers and performers to discuss and explore gesture in music as an instrument: gesture tracking with sensors and computer vision algorithms, gestures to control audio or video synthesis, notation of gestures for musicians or computers, gesture in virtual or augmented reality.
