Professeure en Sciences de l'information, Basma Makhlouf Shabou est responsable du Master IS depuis septembre 2020. Elle enseigne l'archivistique à la Haute école de gestion de Genève et a repris depuis 2011 l'organisation des cours d'archivistique. Dans le Master, elle enseigne les cours de méthodologie de recherche et est responsable du module de Gouvernance.
