Business Economics is a generalist course with a strong practical focus. It gives students real expertise in business administration, particularly in new management and IT tools, helping them to become highly qualified, versatile professionals. Students develop a range of multidisciplinary skills on which they can draw to offer businesses solutions with high added value. In the final years, students may choose courses that allow them to broaden their knowledge in a specific field, such as commodity trading, marketing, sustainable management or professional coaching. The Business Economics course can also be taken in English as part of the International Business Administration programme, with an emphasis on international management.
Ensuring that students are ready to go straight into the workplace following their studies, can adapt to change, know how to communicate, are able to take on responsibilities and develop strong analytical skills are all key aims of this course.
With a strategic vision of management and a range of multidisciplinary skills, you will be able to draw on the skills and knowledge of each staff member to offer your clients solutions with high added value.
You can opt to specialise in international management (available in English) or to focus on banking and finance from the second year.
During the final semesters, you have the option of specialising in specific areas (such as risk management or sustainable management).
You have the option of studying this course part-time (over 4 years) or full-time (over 3 years). Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded the qualification of Bachelor of Science.
The course consists of annual or one-semester modules that together make up a total of 180 ECTS credits.
Students may follow the Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the same time as working (between 50% and 80%).
