Staff mobility

Staff mobility is a key priority for the HEdS Geneva to promote its skills and enhance them in exchanges contact with foreign partners. It is a way of developing the international awareness of students who are unable to travel themselves, by bringing new knowledge and professional cultures into our institution.

Staff mobility falls into two categories:


  • Short-term teaching assignment in a partner university.
  • Invitation from a member of faculty of the partner university.

or staff training exchange (on request).


Length of SEMP (Erasmus+) stay:  

  • two consecutive days to two months (excluding travel time),
  • minimum eight teaching periods a week.

The exchange must take place with a host country that is neither your home country nor your country of residence.

These distinctions are specific to Erasmus+.


You can also submit an alternative proposal for a specific project outside Europe.
